Large Capacity Melters:
– The DPS Melting Pots are designed for electric melting of glues, vinyl compounds, waxes etc. with bottom valve discharge.
- Heaters are positioned such that the Melter can be used for 1/3^rd , 2/3^rd or full capacity without overheating the contents.
- Heat Insulating Lid is supplied with the Melters.
- Valves are heated.
- The large Industrial Melters are available in sizes from 40 Liters to 2000 Liters or as required for specific applications. (100 Liters and 200 Liters capacity Melters are most common for Mould making in Gypsum & GRC Factories).
