Precast Wall Systems
and various flat precast concrete elements
Sustainable cost-efficient construction
Building with concrete is sustainable. Concrete structures are usually designed for a service life of 80 years or more. The thermal mass of concrete building materials can be used advantageously for energy-efficient heating. Connection systems for particularly simple deconstruction of prefabricated buildings are established on the market. So it all depends on what you make of it.
Precast concrete construction signifies cost-efficient building. Flat elements are prefabricated in the factory complete with built-in components and assembled on the construction site. Labour and material input as well as construction time are considerably reduced compared to bricklaying or casting concrete on site. A wide range of wall systems are available to suit your application.
Solid walls
flat precast elements
ADVANTAGES
- Faster construction progress
- Complete with built-in parts and piping
- Exposed concrete quality
- Easy and quick assembly
- Large thermal mass
- With or without Thermo-Akku systems for wall heating or cooling
- Different thicknesses for different applications
- Structural matrices available for various reliefs
- Ready for painting or wallpapering ex works
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Load-bearing and non-load-bearing building components
- Made of normal, lightweight or self-compacting concrete
MANUFACTURING
- Individual and serial production on our tilting tables
- Mass production in our battery moulds
Solid walls as precast concrete element ensure rapid construction progress. Due to built-in pipes and installation parts, assembly times on the construction site are reduced enormously. The wall surface is easy to produce in exposed concrete quality.
Sandwich and core insulated walls
Energy-efficient exterior walls
ADVANTAGES
- Faster construction progress
- Excellent thermal insulation
- Complete with installation parts and piping
- Exposed concrete quality
- Easy and quick installation
- Large thermal mass
- With or without thermo-accu systems for wall heating or cooling
- Different thicknesses for different applications
- Structural matrices available for various reliefs
- Ready for painting or wallpapering ex works
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Areas of buildings to be thermally insulated
- Load-bearing and non-load-bearing building components
- Made of normal, light or self-compacting concrete
MANUFACTURING
- Individual and serial production on our tilting tables
- Mass production in our battery moulds
Similar to solid walls, core-insulated sandwich walls ensure rapid construction progress. They are particularly suitable for energy-efficient exterior walls. Thanks to built-in pipes and installation parts, assembly times on the construction site are reduced significantly. The wall surface is easy to produce in exposed concrete quality.
Hollow Core Walls
save material and time
ADVANTAGES
- Material saving without relevant losses in strength
- Prestressed / reinforced / without reinforcement
- Made of normal, lightweight or fibre concrete
- Various widths and thicknesses
- Various side profiles
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Interior partition walls
- Exterior walls
- Property enclosures
Hollow core walls save material because of their void ratio, without any significant loss of strength. They are particularly suitable for the rapid construction of interior partition walls. In certain construction systems, they are used as partially load-bearing exterior walls or as property enclosures.
Double walls / Element walls
semi-finished parts
ADVANTAGES
- With all installation parts
- Core insulated or without insulation
- Formwork smooth appearance on both sides
- Faster construction progress than complete in-situ concrete
- Slower construction progress than with precast elements
- Concrete filling on site after element placing
- Load bearing after hardening of the filling concrete
AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Load bearing and non load bearing elements
MANUFACTURING
- On our tilting tables with a turning device
Double walls are semi-prefabricated parts that act as lost formwork. They contain all the built-in parts, pipes, etc. After erection on site, the double walls are filled with concrete. With carefully manufactured double walls, a monolithic structure can be created. Established connection systems for prefabricated parts on the market today achieve the same properties with completely prefabricated parts.
